In accordance with the telegram sent from Ma'ân district dated on the 22nd of Shubât (1)310, the fodder supplies of the soldiers stationed there are proposed for Dutch auction. So, whoever wants to offer to tender, should come to the municipality of Jerusalem within a two-day-period starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 27th of Shubât (1)310 (11th of March 1895).
