We announce that the yearly needs of sugar, rye and straw for the soldiers stationed in and around the camp of the fifth [imperial] army are proposed for Dutch auction from the beginning of Tammûz (1)311. So, everyone who is interested in the auction should contact the council within two days starting at the date below. In order for this to be known, the directions were announced on the 13th of Mâyis 1311 (25th of May 1895).
