Some of the sheiks from the sandjacks of Jerusalem and Hebron have been exiled to the environs of Kütahya and Adrianople. Out of these, the contingent of Kütahya has deserted fearing for their lives, including a certain Osman Leham, who had been aiding the rebellious actions of the populace of certain villages.
