When the said budget was analysed, it was seen that there had been no treatment with respect to the gashouse administration. Since it is ill-advised to leave in such a major accident great number of gas boxes in various places, the gashouse should be legally designated a place far away from the dwellings and the income and expenses of the gashouse should also be included in the budget. It is seen that in the budget there is an income of 8,000 piasters for the carriage tax. Since it is illegal for this tax to be spontaneously included in the budget by the municipality without getting approval from anywhere, it is necessary to declare the amount of the tax to be collected from the types of carriages and the officials to be appointed should accordingly be appointed. In addition, it is necessary to give a fiscal security for the gashouse attendant. It is appropriate to inform with a decree the directorate of the said kaza about these matters. The 9th of Shubât (1)310 (21st of February 1895).
