Madame Braoul (?) the French lady promised to pay twenty French liras, which is the amount remaining of her rental of the coffeehouse (qiratkhana) for the month of Awal Rajab (1)311, eleven. She has started ?????. Therefore it has been decided by the council to bring the case to the court of first instance, with the help of the deputy advocate of the council, Georgi Effendi Al Jawhariyya, and to spend the necessary fees from the account of the Jerusalem municipal council. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 3rd of Agustos (1)310 (15th of August 1894).
