Since the dust [piled up] on the end of the road leading to the Jewish Quarter is blocking the passage and it is urgent to remove it before winter. Accordingly, it has been decided by the council to remove it [at the expense] of the council treasury with the knowledge of Shlomo Effendi and the [municipal] engineer under the condition not to exceed the one thousand piasters assigned in the budget. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 19th of Aylûl (1)311 (1st of October 1895)
