It has been understood from the inspection (report) dated on the 7th of Shubât (1)320 given by the municipal inspector that the room which is part of the buildings of the municipal hospital and which is serving as a branch (?) of the police is damaged. It is urgent to tar and repair its roof and its inside. For this, an amount of 471 piasters is needed. Since the mentioned place belongs to the police department, it has been decided to repair it before payment under the supervision of one of us, Yas Effendi Qatnia and the engineer Nasrî Effendi. In order to start (the work) and pay the mentioned persons from the council’s treasury what is needed from the mentioned amount, this decision was taken on the 7th of Shubât (1)320 (20th of February 1905).
