It has been decided by the council to rent the three stores located on Daraj al-Tâbûnah to Yihûdâ Abrâm Cohen for a period of one year starting in Muharram (1)313 until the end of Dhî al-Hijjah (1)313 for an amount of six French Liras; three Liras are to be paid upfront while the remaining after six months. [However,] the repairs of the stores are to be done by the aforementioned tenant. Accordingly this decision has been taken on the 29th of Mâyis (1)311 (10th of June 1895).
