It has been decided by the council to rent the five stores outside Jaffa Gate in the direction of the Armenian Hotel for a period of one year from the beginning of Muharram (1)313 to the khawâjah ‘Ibrâm al-Basrâwî for an amount of fifty five French Liras and 11 Liras for each store to be paid upfront. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 12th of Huzayrân (1)311 (24th of June 1895).
