It has been decided on the council level to rent the three stores located outside of Jaffa Gate and next to the [city] wall to its former tenant 'Ibrâm al-Basrâwî for an amount of two hundred and twelve riyâl majîdî to be paid upfront along with the fees of the contract. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 30th of Mâyîs (1)311 (11th of June 1895).
