It has been decided on the council level to rent the third store of the four stores located under the old library to the khwâjah Zûlâflûtî the American for a period of one year starting in Muharram for an amount of fifty five riyâl majîdî to be paid upfront. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 9th of Mâyis (1)311 (21st of May 1895).
