It has been decided by the council to rent the fourth store of the stores located beneath the library in the direction of the road leading to Ma’man 'Allah pool to Ahmad Effendi bin Hamdûn for a period of eleven months starting at the first of Safar (1)313 until the end of Dhî al-Hijjah (1)313 for an amount of seven French Liras are to be paid in installments to the municipality treasury in Jerusalem. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 5th of Tammûz (1)313 (17th of July 1895).
