It has been decided by the council to rent the third store located in Jaffa Gate and beneath the home belonging to the [municipal] council for a period of one year starting at the first of Muharram (1)131 to its former tenant ‘Ishâq Khirîfîl? for an amount of fifteen golden French Liras to be paid upfront. In order for this to be approved, this decision was written on the 15th of Mâyis (1)311 (27th of May 1895).
