It has been decided by the council to rent the fifth store of the stores of al-Manshiyah to ‘Ibrâhîm Siryânû al-Mûsâwî for a period of one year starting in Muharram (1)313 until the end of Dhî al-Hijja for an amount of eight French Liras; two Liras to be paid upfront and two Liras at the end of each three months. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 13th of Huzayrân (1)311 (25th of June 1895).
