It has been decided by the council to rent the second store under the above-mentioned room for a period of one year from the beginning of Muharram (1)313 to its former tenant Muhyî Effendi al-Khâlidî for an amount of twenty French gold Liras to be paid upfront along with the fees of the contract. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 31st of Mâyis (1)311 (12th of June 1895).
