The old coffeehouse is out of use since the beginning of the month of Muharram (1)312 and until this date it is closed. Now the khawâja Ya’qûb Al Sunûnû has presented himself and has requested it for the rest of the year. From the beginning of Rabi’ Al Thâni (1)312 until Dhû Al Hijja (1)312 for the amount of 22 French gold liras, of which 12 French liras will be paid____ and the remaining 10 liras will be paid in installment during five months. Two liras will be paid on the first of Jumâda Al Awal until the end of the five months, so that on the first of Ramadân (1)312 the entire amount will have been paid to the treasury. In order to not waste time and since no one else has shown interest it has been decided to rent it to the above mentioned with the conditions set forth. In order to certify this, the decision has been taken on the 22nd of Aylûl (1)310 (4th of October 1894).
