Based upon the application dated on the 9th of Huzayrân (1)324, presented by Dâwûd Blîn, representative of Anahûrd Cohen and Company, and which requests the installation of lanterns in mahallat Zafrûn Mûshe; the mentioned quarter was inspected with the knowledge of one of us, Andûnî Effendi. Deriving from the report presented by the recommended person, it was understood that 10 lanterns need to be installed in addition to 10 which had been recommended earlier. In order to hang up the 10 lanterns and light the 20 lanterns starting from next month, this decision was taken on the 21st of Huzayrân (1)324 (4th of July 1908).
