Since the council has found it to be urgent to do a lead canal from the new water cistern up to the pool next to al-mu’aras with repairing of al-tûbah?. Accordingly, it has been decided on the council level to do it by proxy with the knowledge of one of us, the respectable al-Hâj Hasan Effendi and to keep a log of expenses with details. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 8th of Huzayrân (1)311 (20th of June 1895).
