According to the report dated on the 28th of Mâyîs (1)324, number two, which is presented by the hospital doctor, and which demands the making of patients’ clothes, one of us, the respectable Nâjî Effendi and ‘Amîn Effendi al ‘Alamî have been appointed to purchase the mentioned clothes as set forth in the attached report. It has been understood from the recommended persons and from the given explanation at the end of the report, that the Khawâja Habîb Barakât will offer all required materials for a sum of 1555 piasters to be paid in installments. The hospital should also provide patients with slippers as stipulated in the report. In order to pay the needed sum from the municipality’s treasury and obtain the needed textiles for the defined money from the stated merchant, this decision was taken on the 10th of Huzayrân (1)324 (23rd of June 1908).
