Upon the deliberations of the council, it is necessary to build a pavement on the trench area, which has been filled and added to the road. The old pavement should be removed from the mentioned area and a carriage road should be built in it its place. After inspections, it has become evident from the register presented by the second engineer of the municipality, Nasrî Effendi, that the process requires a sum of 2802 piasters to be paid in installments. Accordingly, deliberations have been carried out, and it has been decided to carry out the process by the municipality with the knowledge of one of us, 'Atâ Effendi Al Khâlidî, Yûsuf Effendi al-Yîtsâr and one of the municipality’s engineers. In order to start the process and pay the mentioned sum from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 8th of Mayîs (1)326 (21st of May 1910).
