The decision given by the council regarding the collection of 151 piasters from Esad Hayat for the costs of water extraction and his arrest unless he pays the stated sum
It has been deemed necessary, in accordance with the 40. article of the municipal councils’ regulation that, Esad Hayat be arrested until the due sum of 151 piasters is collected and it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Gendarme Commandership to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 5th of Huzayrân (1)324 (18th of June 1908).
