It has been mentioned in the report dated on the 18th of Mârt, number 13 which was presented by the department of mîrî and waqf lands (daftar Khâqânî) in Jerusalem, and which followed the telegram dated on the 15th of Mârt (1)326 from the department of daftar Khâqânî that was referred to this department, that the exemption period [to fix] the properties with no contracts and that of all [property] transfers have ended by Shubât (1)325, it has been decided to extend it until the end of Shubat (1)326. Owners, who wish to transfer ownership of the remaining properties which are entrusted to the Minister, should contact the administration of the daftar Khâqânî to obtain the necessary documents free of charge, in order to transfer and secure their properties within the mentioned period of time. Headmen and elders should not collect more than 15 piasters for the accreditation of each document. In order for this to be known, the directions were published on the 23rd of Mârt (1)326 (5th of April 1910).
