Since the new slaughterhouse has been established, and in accordance with the information of the court of first instance, it has been decided by the council to bring suit against the contractor Yûsuf Jiryis Abû-Dayyah in order to obtain a judgment of the amount spent by proxy in addition to review all lawsuits of the council. In order to pay the needed fees for the above-mentioned lawsuit at the court of first instance, this decision was taken on the 29th of Agustos (1)311 (10th of September 1895).
