Since the roads within and outside the kaza have to be repaired ahead of time due to the known trip, the said roads have been inspected and it has turned out that, according to the hereby presented inspection report, there is a need for 87,153 piasters as respected current akçe. Only 41,600 piasters have been allotted in this year’s budget in exchange for the reparation costs of these roads, so there is now a need for 45,153 piasters. As regards negotiating whether the said sum be taken as a loan at a 9% interest rate to the account of next year’s budget, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 23rd of Nîsân (1)314 (5th of May 1898).
