Kudüs’ten tarih-i hareketi olan yani şehr-i cârînin 20. gününden itibâren on gün müddetinde yevmî 20 ve müddet-i mezkûrdan ziyâde ikâmet edecek olur ise ziyâde olan müddet için yevmî 15 frank kendisine i’tâ ve emrâz-ı müzmine ile müptelâ olan eşhâsın tedâvisine baktığı hâlde onlardan ücret almak ve masârifât-ı sairesi kendisine aid olmak üzere doktor İstefanos ile mukâvele hâsıl olmuş olmağla ol sûretle cevâb yazılarak mumâ-ileyhe i’tâsı husûsuna müsaade buyrulması babında.
