In a report dated 8 March 1315, it was stated by the municipal engineer that an unlicensed room had been constructed in Beqaa, a state land, on a land, owned by Nikola, an Ottoman citizen and the doctor of the Greek hospital. In order to bring a suit against the said doctor and to take necessary necessary actions in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter tothe Office of Main Register of Revenues. The 9th of Mârt (1)315 (21st of March 1899).
