Upon the petition given by the persons named Yahud Hirş Rozelman (?) and Yakob Rozelman (?)
The said municipal hospital is being constructed on a lump sum basis and it is unknown whether the petitioners are working for its construction or not. However, an examination of relevant records has revealed that one of the shops across the restaurant belonging to our council was rented on 8 August 1891 to Yakob Rozelman (?) and that, again, one of these shops was rented on 3 July 1893 to Yuda Hirş Rozelman (?). The 13th of Nîsân (1)314 (25th of April 1898).
