Kerek’te asâkir-i şahâne için inşâ edilmekte olan mahalâtın ameliyâtına Binşaı refetlü Ali Rıza Effendi ma’rifetleriyle Jaffa’dan mübayaa kılınan ahşap kerestenin Dire taburunun 4. bölük mülâzımbaşı Mülâzım Hakkı Effendi tarafından bi’l-istilâm buraya gönderileceğinden ve kereste-i mezkûr askeriyeye aid bulunmasıyla şimendifer ile nakli için yalnız sülüs navlûn i’tâsı müktezî bulunmuş olmağla mülazım-ı mumâ-ileyh tarafından verilecek ilmühaberler mûcibince kereste-i mebhûsü’n-anhın sülüs navlûn ile nakli husûsunun demiryolunun komiserliğine ba-emirnâme-i âliye-i ni’metleri irâde ve iş’ârı babında.
