Against Hannah Haspoun (Χάννα Χασπούν) that without welcoming the Consul, he received the Consul’s gift through the Metropolitan Bishop, while he is not a Mukhtar. Then, he spreads the rumor that he caused priest Assaf's (Ασσάφ) two-year unemployment and the promotion of priest Hatzipaniyotes (ΧατζηΠαναγιώτη), as well as their abolition; Haspoun (Χασπούν) himself received from the relatives of priest Panagiot apou Zaarour (Παναγιώτ απού Ζααρούρ) 5 liras before his ordination, so, according to the 29th rule of the Holy Apostles, he is cursed, because he was bribed for an ordination; now they are filing a lawsuit, to be examined by His Beatitude and if their report isn't heard, they will file a lawsuit to the Government; then, they ask to forbid Abat Iousef (Αβάτ Ιούσεφ) from Beyt Sahour (Πετ- Σαχούρ) from any involvement at the affairs of the Christians of Bethlehem, because they fear that he is forcing them to move away from the church as it happened in Beyt Sahour.
