From the inspections carried out by one of the members, Muhammad Effendi al-Qutub, it was determined that Jaffa and Yârûn centers need repairs. A sum of 175 piasters and half according to the official currency is needed, so the council has decided to repair the two mentioned centers with the knowledge of one of the recommended people. In order to pay the needed sum from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 11th of Mayîs (1)326 (24th of May 1910).
