It has become evident that the one thousand cargos (himl?) that the municipality has already decided to buy are not sufficient. So, lest the damage of the trees and the plants, it has been decided to buy three thousand cargos in addition to the one thousand mentioned above; of which seven hundred and seventeen cargos will be bought in accordance with the price agreed upon with Nahûm the Jewish, namely for each one hundred cargos one hundred and twenty four piasters to be paid in installments. Since they [the three thousand cargos] will be provided with the one thousand cargos mentioned and other two thousand and four hundred cargos provided by the former contractor as much as forty cargos daily starting at the month of Aylûl (1)311. [Thus,] the price of each one hundred cargos is to be fixed at one hundred and eight piasters. In order to spend its price in installments from the municipality treasury, this decision was taken on the 6th of Aylûl (1)311 (18th of September 1895)
