Regarding the twelve old telegraphs said in the letter, dated 19 January 1905 and numbered 62, sent by the Jerusalem Post and Telegraph Directorate, to require sale by tender on account of the fact that they are inappropriate for use
The said telegraphs were put on Dutch auction and in accordance with the hereby presented bill, it was decided that each of them be sold to Mustafa Al Cebiş (?) at a rate of 4 piasters as respected current akçe. The 18th of Kânûn Thânî (1)320 (31st of January 1905).
