Kudüs-i şerif’ten Jaffa’ya mümted şose rüsûmu 1311 senesine mahsûben mevki’-i müzâyedeye tarh edilerek ba’d-keff-ül-rağbat 111.500 guruş bedel ile râgıbı uhdesinde takarrar etmiş ve şehr-i carinin 14. Gününden itibaren on on bir gün müddet ta’lik olunmuş Jaffa’da dahi ilân edilerek yüzde beş hesâbıyla zamm edecek râgıp mevcûd ise buraya sür’at-i beyânı husûsunun kaza-i mezkûr kaymakamlığına ba emirnâme-i âliyeleri irâde ve iş’ârı babında.
