On the auction conducted for telegraph poles
After auctioning the said poles and giving necessary incentives to those who might be interested, it was decided that each of the poles be submitted to Cerbis Beyl al Rumi (?) at a rate of 4 piasters as respected current akçe. Apart from him, no one participated in the auction. The 3rd of Mârt (1)315 (15th of March 1899).
