The provisions of the 6. article of the Real Property Confiscation Law state that appraisers shall be selected in every locale from among the municipal and village councils in question. It is thus appropriate to notify in reply to the said kaza directorate that the said appraisers be selected from among the Bethlehem village and municipal councils. The 7th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (19th of October 1898).
