Concerning the appointment of Corci Dadis Effendi as the municipal doctor of Hebron: The provisions of the second article of the regulation in effect as regards this matter state that it would be lawful to employ such doctors. Since Corci Dadis (?) Effendi has proven his merit and competence to be employed at this official post, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of Hebron via a decree that it is convenient to appoint him. The 23rd of Kânûn Thânî (1)314 (4th of February 1899).
