We announce to all residents that the price of a pound of coal has been set at six coins (matâlik), in agreement with all coal sellers. If a seller refuses to sell for the stated price, he should be reported to the municipal council. In order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 9th of Huzayrân (1)324 (22nd of June 1908).
