Announcement
We announce that no garbage to be thrown into the streets or in front of the homes and the stores, [instead] they should be put in special ….?? And only when the sweeper comes and rings his bill, the garbage is to be delivered. So, whoever breaks [the above directions] and throws garbage or filthy water into the streets will be subject to legal punishment. In order for this to be known, these directions were announced on the 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
