This is to announce that according to the report dated on the 8th of Dhî Al Q‘ada (1)324 and on the 11th of Kânûn awal (1)322 bearing the number 56 given by the Directorate of Public Debt in Jerusalem and sent to our administration, the rules related to the laws of personal status (?) should be applied to all designates without discrimination with respect to nationality. This takes effect on the first day of the month of Kânûn awal (1)906, and in order for it to be known, these directions were published on the 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (27th of December 1906).
