14,500 piasters reserved from our municipal council have been allotted to widows, orphans and the needy. Even though there are various people deserving to be put on salary apart from these allowance holders, nothing can be allotted to them. Hence, as regards negotiation and notification of the necessary procedure, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 5th of Aylûl (1)311 (17th of September 1895).
