1 leaf, 77,5x53 cm; white, compact, damaged by dampness; one crescent with human head and a second wmksum with letters EGA (a similar sun with EGA, N°935 of 1807 according the catalogue of Nikolaev); black; nash. Dated according to seal.

It contains complaints of deeds of the mutasallim Qasim bey. The latter, with the help of yeniceri's leader 'Utman aga, has provoked many riots and disturbances. They beg the wālī to show mercy to the suffering inhabitants of al-Quds and to expel the mutasallim from their country.
