Since the water of the mentioned Suleiman Pool belongs to Harem-i Şerif, its administration is run by the Waqf Commission. Thus, for the conduct of necessary procedures, it is appropriate to refer the matter at hand to the above-mentioned commission. The 24th of Nîsân (1)311 (6th of May 1895).
