The municipality has decided by majority vote to establish a department specifically for the cistern in the municipality’s hospital in light of epidemics. Accordingly the council has decided to start the needed works from now, under the responsability of one of the members, the respectable Muhammad Yûsuf Effendi and the municipality’s engineer, and this according to the map and the inspection report which will be given by one of the engineers, namely Ibrâhîm Effendi. And in order to pay what is needed for this from the municipality’s treasury, this decision was taken on the 24th of Nîsân (1)323 (7th of May 1907).
