Necessity to stop a construction relegated to the Office of Main Register of Revenues and the Municipal Police Force: The mentioned wall was inspected by the persons whose names are written at the back of this letter and it was understood that the wall had been collectively owned by the Greek Monastery, Abdulkadir Abu and Şeref Bilbi (?) In spite of the warnings issued by our council as regards the fact no one might construct a building without applying to the Court of First Instance, it was understood from the said petition that a building was still being constructed by the Greek Monastery. In order to call a halt to the construction done by the Greek Monastery and bring a suit against, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues and the municipal police force. The 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
