Ta’mirât ve ıslahât-ı mükteziyenin keşfi icrâ edilerek matviyyen takdim kılınan keşif defteri mûcibince geçer akçe hesâbıyla 3629 guruşa muhtac olduğu tebeyyün etmiş ve münakasaya tarh edildikte meblağ-ı mezkûrun kâ’ide-i tasarrufiyye riâyeten tahmin kılındığı cihetle tenkısa imesinenin rağbeti zuhûr etmemiş ve ta’mirât-ı mezkûre emâneten icrâ olunduğu halde daha evlâ olacağı tebeyyün etmiş ise de berâ-yı tezekkür meclis-i idare-i livâya emr ü havâlesi babında. Fi 24 Temmuz sene 311 (5th of August 1895).
