In accordance with the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation in effect as regards this matter, it is necessary to receive a surety bond from the person who requests any building construction to be stopped and to report to the building owner that the construction has been stopped for 15 days. Since the necessary surety bond has been received, it is necessary to send an official letter to the Armenian Patriarchate to report that the construction being done in the west side shall be stopped from the beginning of the date written below. The 7th of Nîsân (1)315 (19th of April 1899).
