The said land is a miri land and the license of the currently constructed wall has been issued in accordance with the marginal note, dated 30 October 1897 and numbered 144, by the Office of Main Register of Revenues. Upon the petition previously given by the petitioner, a letter was presented by the municipal council on 9 November 1897 as regards sending an official letter from the Mutasarrifate to the American Consulate in order to warn not to illegally construct a cemetery. It is, however, appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 17th of Tishrîn thâni (1)313 (29th of November 1897).
