Interruption of a construction: As for the stoppage of the said construction of buildings for fifteen days, the bill, necessary to be taken agains the petitioner in accordance with the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, has been received. As the building owner is a subject of the Russian State, it is appropriate to send a letter to the Russian Consulate so as to warn that the construction be stopped for fifteen days as of the below-written date. The 9th of Mayîs (1)314 (21st of May 1898).
