Based upon the report dated on the 9th of Mârt (1)326, which was presented by the treasurer of the municipality’s treasury, and which states that there is an excess of 150 000 piasters, and the existence of such sum has necessitates precautions. After deliberations the council has decided to put 50 000 piasters in the Anglo Palestine Bank and 50 000 in the German Bank, on condition that the mentioned sums will be available, starting from the 10th of Mârt (1)326. The received cheques will be taken and kept in the treasury and treated as cash, which leaves 50 000 in the treasury for the council’s expenses. In order for this to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 9th of Mârt (1)326 (22nd of March 1910).
