As a result of investigating relevant people, it has been understood that the said merchant is Herbis Veled Yusuf Al Harbi (?), and his document has revealed that he was in Kerek last year for business. He is now making preparations to go there; hence, as regards notifying in reply that, apart from his wage, traffic expenses must be paid to him, it is appropriate to give him a decree. The 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)311 (26th of December 1895).
